Rooms available?

One of my Drupal friends is coming for a conference we're having in late march; and he wants to stay for a month. He's looking for a room to rent for some or all of that time. Does anybody know anything that might be available?

At the time I wasn't sure, and his dates were flexible, but he's since picked out dates and it's Mar 20 - Apr 20 (or so)
