Job market: Heinous!
I didn't get the Berkeley job.
For a $20/hr part time programming position, I was competing with someone with two Masters degrees and obscene qualifications. I'm actually a little surprised they went with someone that qualified, but presumably he's got some reason they aren't concerned with his brain imploding over what is basically simple tasks.
