Still holding steady at ~-23. Was seeming to start gaining weight a couple weeks ago, and I reined in my eating so I'm at least stable and not gaining. Losing would be better, of course, but I'm going to consider staying stable to be a victory.

Right now, I'm somewhat stymied by this continuing lower back issue. It's wrecking my ability to do *anything* and the combination of constant pain and not enough sleep are sapping my willpower on a regular basis. I'm trying to take my victories where I can get them right now, and not worry too much about the fails.
