sounds great! I would only change one thing.
replace the beans with more meat.
I only say this because I was taught (in Texas no less)that beans in chili means you didn't have enough meat to make a proper chili.
Beans in chili aren't bad... but more meat = better methinks
I love the 2 cans of beer. Now the question is which beer would I be ok with when it comes to cooking
and
drinking. :)
