Dinner was a stir fry that didn't come out so well primarily because I over steamed the vegetables beforehand, so they were all limp and overdone.
I may be totally offbase, but I don't even bother pre-cooking vegetables when I make stir-fry. I mean, it's stir-fry! Just add the veggies that need to cook longer in first, add the ones which don't need much more a heat at the end, and voila.
Yay, Indy! And yay, Merlin cooking!
(I still think I will owe you some kind of food at this rate. I tossed the idea of bringing homemade baked bean to the next Entropy party past esmerel--or, I can bring it the next time you cook for Chatty's gaming group to complement whatever you make)
