I take my placement tests tomorrow. I successfully navigated 9 of the 10 lessons in an online algebra review I found online (the prof who wrote it is quite snide about calculators and students presenting work in a sloppy manner) but it's a bit past midnight and I hit the sin/cos/tan stuff. That's stuff I had trouble with in high school and there's no way I'm going to re-absorb the bulk of it at this point--too tired.
If I have time I'll glance at it in the morning, but mostly I'm going to hope most of the tests I have to take only ask about the basics of sin and cos and concentrate more on polynomials. Since I'm not taking the precalc test (I remember about a thimble full of my high school calculus) I expect that I have way more in my head now than I'll actually need for the test.
I made cookies this afternoon as a surprise for
esmerel and chatty. Mmm, chocolate chip cookies!
Tonight's dinner was ( Chicken Parmesan )
