From
tersa, a very sketchy article on some very early research about a physiological connection between stress and eating. I know I suffer from it--my desire to eat bad foods get much, much harder to control when I'm under stress. There's really not much there yet, in terms of research, but if the scientific community agrees that the link is there, it might help form methods to deal with it, and that would very likely address a huge amount of the American overweight population.
Also, I tried to write last night, but all I did was stare at the opening 3 paragraphs of the section I'm on. I have an idea of what I want to accomplish in this section, but nothing's coming to me in terms of details. Very unfortunate.
