So I had a really impressive weigh in this morning; way lower than I thought.
245.6 -- total loss to date: 45.6 (55.4 remain to go).
I've definitely lost way too much this week, but this has been a total aberration. I don't have any idea why it's suddenly this drastic. Going to keep an eye on it though.
