There are kittens living in our neighborhood

We first saw them a few days ago, hanging out in our back yard.

Today I was watching Charlotte while esmerel got some much needed rest, and I heard Jake making a strange meow at the back door. I went over and saw that he was almost touching noses with a kitten on the other side of the screen door (who bolted almost as soon as it saw me). Sadly I didn't get that picture, but I did get several others.
