I made [livejournal.com profile] mallen's bbq pork today. It was *yummy*. I suspect I shall modify the sauce, but the rub & braising liquid are fine, fine indeed.

I've put them into my recipe database. Sadly I never actually quite finished what I wanted to do with this piece of software, so it's currently a little bit primitive. At some point I'll take the few hours it'll take to retool it, but it requires setting up a slightly larger system so I can have a unified system of logins on my page.

BBQ Pork Rub
BBQ Pork Braise
BBQ Sauce
BBQ Sauce, Merlin's version

I haven't yet actually tried the one I call my version, but I intend to. We'll see how it turns out next time I get to try this.

I also put in another recipe or two.

Rosemary Garlic Potatoes
Stir Fry Marinade
Salmon roasted in butter

I need to get the pot pie in there too, but I'm too tired to continue for the moment.

Try a little rosemary on the salmon. That and salt and butter and wrap it up in tinfoil and bake at 350. Oh and while I'm at it, another fish dish I like is orange roughy. Coat it with a little olive oil and some paprika and salt and grill it on the outdoor grill. Yum. :)

The Rosemary Garlic Potatoes sound yummy, but do they have any garlic in them?
