I made pesto again, cause...well. It was that good. So tonight was penne with pesto, roasted asparagus with parmesan cheese, and a side salad of spring mix with cucumber, plus a weird creamy caesar dressing that Sigona sells. I can't really describe it very well.
Anyway, it was an easy to prepare, yet delicious and oddly extravagant seeming meal. It would be very easy to impress someone with a meal like this, despite spending at most 30 minutes in the kitchen, with 2 pots, 1 cookie sheet and a minimum of ingredients. I like it!
