I heard a commercial for this today and it sounded kind of interesting.

So I watched the series premiere.

Holy crap, that's a good show. Hard hitting combination of serious and funny (yay tension breaking). Denis Leary is the main character and he does a fantastic job. They're rerunning it several times it looks like, so TiVo it. Watch it.
