Cross rib roast, white corn and fresh baked bread. And broccoli.

Maybe I'll try my luck at a gravy for the roast, it may need it. But probably not. Never done well at gravies before.

You can always take the juices from the meat and add corn starch (dissolve corn starch in a small amount of COLD water first)
