Da birthday Party

For those of you who read my LJ but are not on my party-invite email list, this is the announcement that we're throwing the usual birthday party Saturday, Sep 17; 4pm for food, 7pm for drinking and/or carousing. (I think some of us are getting pretty old for carousing. Some of us have always been too old for carousing. So it goes =)

Woo! Party!

Put me down as a tenative 'yes' to attending; I have a friend from SoCal in town that weekend for a bellydancing thing that E- and A- are participating in and plans to do stuff with her at some point, but I am going to try to arrange it to be free that evening (because your birthday only happens once a year!).

Sorry we've missed your last few parties. Last year I was giving birth and this year we're celebrating my son's first birthday on the same day. We'll prolly be too exhausted from coralling toddlers to attend your party. Have fun!
