Since my experiment seems to have turned into a full-on weight loss program (hooray! It's March and my "New Year's Resolution", such as it is, is sticking) I've decided to put down some milestones based upon history.

Pounds from StartComment
0The shape of this number in my mind is probably one of the biggest incentives. The number itself is used as a joke about fat people.
-10The weight I was at when I started weight watchers, 2005.
-14Today.
-155% of body weight lost.
-30Approximate weight when at time of marriage, 2002.
-40Approximate weight when I started low-carb diet, 1998.
-55Approximate weight when I fell off of weight watchers, 2006
-70Approximate weight when I moved to California, 1996
-75Approximate weight when I fell off low-carb diet, 1998.
-80Approximate weight when I moved to New York, 1994
-90Approximate weight when I graduated high school, 1989
-100Approximate weight when I began a 10 inch growth spurt, 1987
-100Approximate weight when I completed a 10 inch growth spurt, 1989
-120Approximate weight at "peak" of my starvation period, 1991. Incidentally I just barely fit into jeans with a 30" waist for about 2 months. I have photographic proof.
-120Goal weight.

So, while I applaud such an audacious and bold goal weight, I think it's a little worrisome that it's the equivalent of "Approximate weight at 'peak' of my starvation period..." Somehow that makes me question if that is a healthy goal weight?
