Since my experiment seems to have turned into a full-on weight loss program (hooray! It's March and my "New Year's Resolution", such as it is, is sticking) I've decided to put down some milestones based upon history.

-40 | Approximate weight when I started low-carb diet, 1998. |
-55 | Approximate weight when I fell off of weight watchers, 2006 |
-70 | Approximate weight when I moved to California, 1996 |
-75 | Approximate weight when I fell off low-carb diet, 1998. |
-80 | Approximate weight when I moved to New York, 1994 |
-90 | Approximate weight when I graduated high school, 1989 |
-100 | Approximate weight when I began a 10 inch growth spurt, 1987 |
-100 | Approximate weight when I completed a 10 inch growth spurt, 1989 |
-120 | Approximate weight at "peak" of my starvation period, 1991. Incidentally I just barely fit into jeans with a 30" waist for about 2 months. I have photographic proof. |
-120 | Goal weight. |

Date: 2011-03-10 06:15 pm (UTC)The goal weight is the very high point of what the BMI range says is healthy for my height/age/gender, and I chose it based on the combination of that and having been at that weight, I know what it's like. Trust me, I wouldn't be a twig at that weight or anything.
