What are your favorite toppings?

I'm trying to figure out what sorts of things I want to top my pizzas with. I especially want things that store well, since the pizza works well as a 'Oh crap I need to make something...' and I can just have the stuff around, especially if I've made a batch of the sauce in advance and keep it in the freezer.

The two pizzas I've made have both had italian sausage, mushrooms and black olives.

Diced tomatoes (canned would work fine), roasted garlic, onions (a bag full of frozen onions are just fine for this). Meat could be pre-cooked and frozen, like chicken chunks or the italian sausage.

I keep pepperoni around for pizza topping, because it basically doesn't go bad. Other than that: sliced cheese, leftover veggies (last week it was sliced tomatoes left over from the night we ate hamburgers and broccoli florets left over from another night), and sliced sweet peppers. B likes mushrooms, so if I'm feeling nice, I'll slice one for his pizza.
