I cut myself down to 2 sets of everything this time, and lightened the weights a bit on some of what I did.
I dunno what most of this is officially called yet.
Pull downs to chin: 2/12 50 lb
Pull downs behind neck 2/10 50 lb
Pull toward abs (kind of like a rowing motion): 2/10 40 lb
Shoulder shrugs: 2/12 35 lb
Bicep curls: 2/10 35 lb
Cardio: 13 minutes on cycle using Heart Rate program. (thought about 20 but didn't want to push it)
Afterward: Half a breakfast burrito (2.5 eggs, milk, pastrami, mushroom, bacon, cheese in a tortilla)
